Infrared sauna provides a myriad of health benefits. All sessions regardless of time burn calories, boost white blood cell production, stimulates immune function, lowers blood pressure, reduce appearance of cellulite, detox environmental toxins from tissues and organs and reduces tummy fat.
We are exposed to so many toxins in our daily environment that the body becomes over loaded with pesticides, heavy metals, chemicals and EMFs. This toxic burden makes it very difficult to maintain healthy weight and healthy system, infrared is designed to target release of toxins from fat cells leaving you feeling lighter, brighter and energized.
Chromotherapy
Chromotherapy or Color Light Therapy is the process of restoring balance to the body by applying color. Each color is associated with a different bodily response. Color Light Therapy has many benefits ranging from emotional to the physical, you will experience pain relief, anti aging, accelerated healing, increased range of motion, regulated mood, improved sleep quality, relief from SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) decreased muscle tension and improved circulation.
Brief Overview of the Colors Used in Chromotherapy
RED Increase the pulse and the rate of breathing to support circulatory and nervous functions,
ORANGE Strengthens body and acts on internal organs.
YELLOW Purifies skin, helps with indigestion calms body distress.
GREEN Provides antiseptic, anti infectious and regenerative stimulation.
BLUE Acts as a nerve relaxant, stimulates muscle and skin cells and lubricates joints
PURPLE Relaxes lymphatic system, treats inflammation, urinary illness, acts as a cleanser and strengthens veins and arteries.

For instance the 112 hz switches you from your right thinking brain into your left feeling brain very quickly to help you achieve a deep meditative state. Being able to get into a relaxed state through Sacred Solfeggio tones helps the body easily release stress and tension. The 528 hz is a sacred and powerful tone, referred to as the tone for DNA repair. We also incorporate Nogier frequencies that encourage different organs and tissue to heal.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW IF I WANNA SAUNA?
Come to your session freshly showered, without makeup.
Sauna attire is provided
Bring loose fitting clothes to change into after your session.
Hydrate before your session, this helps you ACHIEVE your best sweat quickly.
An electrolyte water is provided during your sauna.
If you are using PRESCRIPTION medications or under a doctor’s care please check with your doctor to make sure the sauna is right for you.
Don’t eat right before your sauna it can disrupt proper digestion. better to eat after and continue to hydrate.

You have a fever.
You are taking a medication that causes you to be more prone to heat stroke.
You have a sensitivity to heat.
You are under the influence of drugs, alcohol or are hungover.
